Process

Your journey in seven clear steps.

From your first request through follow-up, you can see who does what and what we need from you.

  1. 01

    Request

Tell us which treatment you are considering, your country and preferred travel dates. Use the secure form when medical documents or photographs are needed.

  2. 02

    Pre-assessment

Your coordinator checks that the file is complete, then the treating team reviews the information provided. This first review is not a final diagnosis or guarantee of suitability.

  3. 03

    Conversation

We explain the treating provider’s initial response in your preferred language, answer practical questions and help you list the clinical questions to ask before deciding.

  4. 04

    Planning

If the provider considers the next step appropriate, appointments, estimated stay, accommodation, transfers and interpreter support are organised around the proposed clinical plan.

  5. 05

    In-person assessment

In Istanbul, the licensed treating provider confirms your history, performs the required examination and tests, and may confirm, change or cancel the proposed plan for safety.

  6. 06

    Treatment

After the provider explains the procedure, alternatives and material risks and receives informed consent, the selected healthcare team delivers the agreed care. We coordinate the practical journey only.

  7. 07

    Return and follow-up

Before travel home, obtain discharge records, medication instructions, warning signs and the follow-up route. Travel timing must be approved by the treating provider; we help you stay in contact afterwards.

First step: an initial assessment.
