Which language can I write in?

Write in the language you are most comfortable with. Your coordinator confirms the language support available for your case.

Do I need to send medical documents in my first message?

No. Just tell us which treatment you are considering and your country. Medical details and documents are shared with the treating doctor, not over an open chat.

What if it is a life-threatening emergency?

Call your local emergency number first (112 in Turkey). CNR World Health is not an emergency response service.
